How to copy files in Linux

 
To copy a file from one place to another: Move the mouse cursor over the file you want to copy, click with the left mouse button.  Now you can either press Ctrl+C or click the right mouse button and select the menu item “Copy” Now go to the directory you wish to copy the file to, and either press Ctrl+V or click the right mouse button and select the menu item “Paste” That’s all!
